Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Highlighted a series of ambiguities and counterproductive effects, especially as regards the protection of fragile subjects, connected to the affirmation of the so-called right to die, the article compares the contents of the sentence of the Constitutional Court n. 242/2019 on art. 580 c.p. and the contents of the bill "Provisions relating to medically assisted voluntary death" approved by the Chamber of Deputies on 10 March 2022 (now under examination by the Senate: no. 2553-XVIII lgsl.)
