[Autom. eng. transl.] The war against Gaddafi will be observed from a dual perspective: as (yet another) example of external military intervention, not unlike other recent experiences (such as Kosovo); as a case of civil conflict, which sees groups organized on an ethnic and / or tribal basis resort to violence following a power vacuum. The essay's contribution aims to provide generalizations about the relationship between the modalities of intervention and the exercise of force on the one hand, and the political development of the country after the end of hostilities. What are the conditions that push towards a peaceful political system and those that contribute to the formation of terrorist groups and / or large-scale criminal organizations that in some cases question the sovereignty of the state?
