Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work deals with the issue of corporate governance of banks, giving an account of the debate raised by the financial crisis of 2007-2008 and of the consequent evolution of the discipline that occurred at international level and, correlatively, in terms of community and internal sources. In this perspective, it is shown that the corporate governance of banks and financial intermediaries has gradually taken on traits of specialty and is increasingly characterized in terms of risk governance.
