Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The United Sections and the Plenary Assembly agree on the so-called jurisdictionalization of the extraordinary appeal to the President of the Republic, identifying in the Council of State the judge who issues the provision subject to appeal pursuant to art. 111 of the Constitution or whose compliance it is. The author examines, in particular, some consequences of a procedural nature and the most critical aspects of the new orientation.
