Our adjusted production is lower than the National Reference Quantity, both for deliveries (over 310 thousand tonnes, 2.6%) and for direct sales (for just under 5 thousand tonnes, equal to 1.4 %). The companies that produced more than their own deliveries in the last campaign are 9,972, with a total production of 4.7 million tonnes and a total individual surplus of 334.3 thousand tonnes, while 25,638 companies are redundant, with a total production of 5.9 million tonnes
