Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Knowing how to manage a class undoubtedly represents an indispensable competence for every teacher of every level and type of school. The complexity that characterizes classrooms makes it necessary to acquire a wealth of knowledge and skills that contribute, above all, to the management of a group of students that are increasingly heterogeneous in terms of educational characteristics and needs. All this appears to be particularly evident in the presence of young people who manifest specific problems, both cognitively and behaviorally.
