Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] A long experience of training and research in schools leads us to argue that today's concern of teachers is no longer the presence of disabled people in the classroom, but the conduct of all those students who do not have deficits, but who are often difficult. management at school. The boy with disabilities is certainly a problem, he is still a constant concern in the classroom, but what worries and risks becoming the problem of the Italian school, for the next few years, are the social cohabitation and the training proposals valid to favor the satisfaction of the needs of all the students present in the classroom. The "what to do" to manage the various differences in the classroom and to prevent and lead difficult behavioral situations is constantly examined. This text aims to help teachers guide the school experience competently to encourage inclusive work in the classroom. Proper class management is, in fact, the fundamental condition for building our training project aimed at supporting and strengthening the skills of each student.
