[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years, the discomfort experienced by many teachers in dealing with and effectively leading the class group has become an increasingly common reality. The ability of the teacher to know how to manage the classroom, the knowledge of all the dynamics that take place within it become today, even more than in the past, indispensable priorities in the daily educational activity. Within these new scenarios, the teacher's professional profile has undergone significant evolution. Only through a rethinking of one's educational task and constant training around these issues is it possible to promote learning processes that respect the needs of all students, especially those who have a particular condition of difficulty.
