Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the text preserved in § 15 III 39-43 which contains a formula with an intentio uncertain introduced by quidquid paret, we will try to evaluate the editorial proposal of Beltran Lloris based on the context of the lex and our knowledge of the Roman process.
