Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This book, edited by Siforp (Italian Society of Psychological Training), is aimed at all the people who deal with and will take care of training and change: entrepreneurs, consultants, managers of training and development, directors of Human Resources, operators social, psychology students, master trainers, educational sciences. It is written for these agents of change who, inside and outside organizations and in different fields, promote training and development interventions for individuals, groups and organizations. Today and in the near future, lifelong learning processes will be increased to respond more effectively to the challenges of a market and an increasingly complex social environment. Psychological training fosters an approach based on the comparison of differences, on the analysis of experiences and on the search for meaning and meaning of one's personal and professional project. It is training for personal and organizational well-being, essential elements for learning and the productivity of work groups. Psychological training is lifelong learning for all ages of life and offers opportunities for management of effectiveness in organizations to experience warm climates and relational well-being, fundamental for the creation and development of work groups. Psychological training offers learning opportunities to improve the knowledge of individuals and organizations to which they belong and to encourage the circulation of personal and professional skills for the development and well-being of individuals and the community. This book dedicates a part to the fundamentals of psychological training and then defines the competences and the different methods and tools available to it to be effective in its varied territories. There is also an overview of stimulating experiences and models of intervention in the various areas: public and private. The authors are psychologists and not, consultants, university professors, trainers and entrepreneurs united by the common desire to further spread psychological training. Siforp, founded in 1993, is the Italian Psychological Training Society. It aims to promote the quality of psychological training (for psychologists and non-psychologists) to protect and expand psychological competence in all situations of knowledge formation and psychological skills and to develop the intervention of psychological training in all areas of Italian company.
