Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This volume takes up the interventions of the XXVIII European Training Seminar, dedicated to the theme of experimentation destined to open the so-called Italian way to the Dual System at the strategic start time. The choice of method, the collegial planning, the network with local businesses, the support and job placement, the prospect of a linear supply chain up to the Higher Technical Institute (ITS), with the possibility of lateral entrances and exits, they are already an experienced and visible reality with documented success data. This is the reality present in some significant parts of the national territory. What then is it necessary for this service reality, strongly requested by families and many young people, to become accessible to all and constitute a structured system for job placement? The Dual Experimentation at the start may constitute the elaboration of a system response to this question. The participation of the IVET system (Education and Vocational Training) in experimentation has brought attention to the need to re-launch it throughout the Italian territory and has enhanced its potential in terms of integration between training and work, qualified alternation and strong push on skills learning, recognizing the educational value of work. The condition for this laboratory not to become a temporary project or a container that accommodates juxtaposed structures and resources lies in the commitment to carry out a constructive process towards a Professional Training System - Services for Work for the Country. In fact, the IeFP is already to all intents and purposes a connection service to quality work and attention to the citizen and the local economy. The seminar wanted to give life, enhance and widen the effective dialogue involving the structures and resources in the field. Writings of: A. Razionale, V. Giuliani, S. Costa, C. Grieco, L.
