[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution intends to focus the reflection on the centrality of the role of women in today's society as an interpretive vector of a renewed social sensitivity towards an anthropologically oriented theme: the female gender. Does being a woman today still mean being people who are attentive to change in society, with a renewed outlook on educational responsibilities? The purpose of this work is to try to answer this question and, in the perspective of lifelong education, examines the factors that characterize female talent in the digital age, as well as the great challenges connected to a new era of work and the agile future. .
