Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume is dedicated to the complex topic of teacher training with reference to schools of all levels and degrees and bearing in mind the conditions of exercise of initial training, induction and in-service training, with the aim of offering stimuli and prospects for innovation. The proposal brings teacher training closer to possible openings to the languages of training in organizations, to the fundamental support role of school leaders, to the teacher as a moral craftsman as an image that refers to the quality of a job and its ethical connotation, finally to a pedagogical dimension as a structural element of professionalism.
