Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution explores the role that forms of public-private partnership and more specifically project finance can bring to the implementation of policies for local development. The benefits and risks associated with the use of project finance and the conditions for establishing stable and effective collaborative relationships are analyzed.
