Abstract

This paper aims to anlyze the figure of Christ in the philosophy of Giuseppe Capograssi (1889-1956), with particular attention to three of his works: Saggio sullo Stato (1918), Analisi dell’esperienza comune (1930), Introduzione alla vita e ca (1953). In these three works, the figure of Christ is absolutely central. According to Capograssi, Christ is the one who inspired a revolution that has changed everything: not only the nature of human ins tu ons, but also human beings and their needs.
