Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article studies the evolution of the trajectory of the character of the Moorish within the context of the golden theater, based on the germs of the same figure present in the prelopesque theater, going through the stage of greater development with the works of Lope de Vega and coming to the conclusion of the process of setting up the subject with examples taken from some productions of Calderón de la Barca.
