La drammaturgia dell'incontro con l'Altro. Teatro e sensibilità interculturale nella società multietnica

[Autom. eng. transl.] The multi-ethnic society provides us with interesting ideas daily both to live directly and to make the encounter with the other visible (communicable in expressive forms). From a first examination of the "impacts" of the presence of foreigners in our daily life, we move on to consider the particular phenomenology of the encounter with otherness: it never occurs in "customary" conditions but constitutes in itself an experience of suspension, wonder, temporaryness that can give rise to reactions of a different kind (from the comic to the tragic). In any case it induces to question the identity (before) and to mobilize resources to find normality (after). There are two levels of analysis of the encounter with the other: one is that of "situations" (social, psychological, expressive and aesthetic), the other is that of the "frames" (cultural, values, political aspect), yes they examine some relevant aspects of the two perspectives in order to develop educational and communicative objectives. How does theater reflect this complex reality? And how can it help the development of intercultural sensitivity?
