[Autom. eng. transl.] The note deals with the subject of the applicable law in appeal to the judgment of opposition to administrative sanctions after the repeal of the last paragraph of the art. 23 l. 689/1981, based on which the sentences rendered in the judgment of opposition to the administrative sanctions were not appealable but only recorable by cassation, and the entry into force of the new procedural discipline of the legislative decree 150/2011.
