[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyses a recent ruling by the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy on the valorisation of historic premises. Administrative jurisprudence has repeatedly considered the carrying out of a public tender for the concession of use of municipal buildings recognised as historic premises as unnecessary, but the proposed solutions highlight critical aspects, insofar as they generally derogate from the use of selective procedures which are the basis of guarantees of competition.
