[Autom. eng. transl.] We live in a difficult and complex world and if today's reality objectively poses problems to all those who are starting out in life, it is even more a source of suffering for the weakest, for those who do not have a strong family behind them, for those who are foreigners, for those who see their loved ones break the marital pact, for those who due to exogenous conditions are unable to adapt to the normal canons of civil coexistence. The problems that teachers and educators are called to face in the course of their work are many and often totally involve the person who may feel lost and abandoned, not knowing how to act and what to do. In many situations, not only the disabled person constitutes a problem, therefore a challenge, but other personal situations, other more or less hidden sufferings that compromise the adaptation and success of students without deficits but with individual needs that are very difficult to satisfy.
