Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The trend of prices in the three different stages - agriculture, dairy industry and retail distribution - of the milk supply chain and its derivatives is examined below on the basis of data from sources Ismea, Istat, Milan Chamber of Commerce and Novara and Ismea-Nielsen Consumer Panel Service.
