Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the context of teaching and learning foreign languages (LS), the action-oriented approach proposed by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) places great importance on the teaching of orality. The study aims to observe the tools and resources available for teaching and learning oral interactions; the focus is on the teaching of the French language (FLE) in the Italian university context. After a brief introduction on the state of the art related to the teaching of interactions, the presentation of the methodology and the CEFR, both the evolution of the FLE manuals in relation to the interactions considered are described, as well as the contribution of online resources available for their enrichment and completion.
