Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author comments on the sentence with which the Court of Turin, disregarding a sentence of the EU Court, considered Ferrari's trademark "Perlé" to be valid even if weak and on the other hand excluded the interference of two successive marks integrating the term "pearl ".
