Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the decision of the Procurator of the International Criminal Court not to open an investigation into the story of the attack launched by Israel against the ship flying the comorian flag Mavi Marmara, following the latter's attempt to force the naval blockade imposed on Gaza and provide aid to the civilian population allocated there. The decision is based on the insufficient seriousness of the conduct of the Israeli authorities, which also integrate disparate violations of the art. 8 of the Rome Statute.
