Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The subject of the forfeiture ruling is affected by the interpretative uncertainties connected to the nature of the concession relationship; while taking a position on some important profiles, such as the competence to adopt the deed and the difference from the resolution in procurement contracts, the sentence in question does not clarify the fundamental doubts about the institution.
