Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Issues related to the corporate crisis of public companies are addressed. We analyze the different interpretations regarding the failure of these companies, concluding positively. The operational and legal issues arising from the different publicist constraints faced by the procedure bodies are also addressed. The potential responsibilities of the corporate bodies are also highlighted.
