Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper explores the topic of mental illness and its relevance for the purpose of excluding criminal accountability. The uncertainties emerging from the jurisprudential practice are highlighted, often characterized by uncertain and conflicting choices on the interpretation to be attributed to the concept of "imputability".
