La costruzione della domanda nella consultazione clinica conla coppia

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution illustrates, also through the description of a clinical case, a semi-standardized mode used to realize the construction of the demand in clinical counseling with the couple. It was defined starting from a precise theoretical reference and experimented extensively especially working with couples who access counseling and who were facing the same critical event, namely separation or divorce. The methodology presented has been developed within the relational-symbolic approach and is oriented to the enhancement of the links between generations and between lineages. For this reason, at the beginning of the work, even through the use of a specific tool such as the Generational Clinical Interview, time and space is devoted to exploring the nature of the links between the partners and their origins, between the maternal lineage and the paternal lineage. This is justified, of course, on the basis of the idea that the sense of a couple's relationship cannot be traced solely to the narrative and / or anamnestic account of the couple's history, but is rooted in a transgenerational dimension.
