Abstract
Is moral conscience produced in human beings by education or does it have its own autonomy? Is it a creator principle of the good or decipher it? Is it repressive towards the subject or can it be a perfective guide? Can it make exceptions to the rules? And is conscientious objection a legitimate institution or an anarchist arbitrariness? This book aims to answer to these and other crucial questions (considering Marx, Nietzsche, Freud, Tommaso, Kant, Rosmini, Smith, Arendt, Ricoeur and other authors) and focuses on some of the dynamics and dimensions of the interiority of human being, enhancing its amazing and mysterious depth.
