Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article analyzes in a systematic way the first jurisprudential judgments concerning the corruption of foreign public officials, highlighting the profiles of autonomy and specialty of the case as well as the main dogmatic and applicative problems that it presents. The juridical analysis is crossed by continuous references to supranational legislation and by comparative ideas, and is preceded by a criminological study of the phenomenon of international corruption.
