Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In times of crisis not only economic, but also of trust and credibility, the issue of corporate reputation becomes crucial for the success of businesses and for the reassurance of consumers about the quality of their choices. However, it is necessary to understand the real meaning of the concept of corporate reputation and its determinants in order to benefit from its actual value.
