Abstract
The article analyzes the Italian reform of the Social Enterprises Law of 2017, that introduces new forms of cooperation to the governance by qualified stakeholders, which are substantially unknown to the national legal tradition; these new forms of cooperation are more intense than those provided by the previous law of 2006 and they could create problems to the stability of the firm.
