Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] At the center of the study is the most famous of the works by Ciro Spontone (1554-1610), The Crown of the Prince, which is read and commented on the background of the biographical events of the writer, of his relationship with Rodolfo Gonzaga, Marquis of Castiglione delle Stiviere , and above all of the contemporary political debate. Great attention is given to its particular Platonizing hermetic coloring.
