Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution illustrates the rules of the code of civil procedure concerning the types of arbitration agreements provided for by the law, their formal and substantial characteristics, the possible causes of disability, the events relating to the possible transfer of the contracts they access and their fate in the hypothesis of failure of one of the parts of the considered conventions.
