La consocenza procedurale.

[Autom. eng. transl.] Why talk about procedural knowledge and communication? And how does procedural knowledge intervene in the communication of thoughts? We have described in the chapters preceding the communication as an act intentionally issued to obtain a certain effect. In this sense, communication also implies knowledge of the procedures that allow communication in an adequate and understandable way. The procedural term partially anticipates the elements that can be included in this type of thought format: the knowledge of the actions necessary for it to be possible to reach a pre-established goal (procedures of action), combined with a thinking ability capable of manage them (management).
