The theme of communication is interdisciplinary by nature and in fact there are many sciences that deal with it. However, the book intends to claim a central position of theoretical reflection and intervention for psychology and social psychology in particular. In fact, to communicate means to relate, to establish a relationship and therefore to establish ties between people, groups and institutions: bonds that have not only a cognitive and practical value but also an emotional and symbolic value.
