Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In this chapter internal communication is proposed in a perspective oriented to grasp its complex and multi-purpose role in the dynamics of organizational phenomena. In other words we suggest to see internal communication not only as a set of initiatives aimed at informing and enabling the organizational subjects to operate, but as a set of communication flows, relational exchanges and practices aimed at contributing both to the development of individuals within organizations and organizations themselves in their competitive environment.
