Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Based on the experiences already gained in the population listening centers during the early stages of the covid-19 pandemic, we have advanced the hypothesis that theoretical knowledge of risk scenarios and information needs in these contexts is not sufficient to train good communicators.
The aim of the experiment we started was to verify whether an immersive experience could increase the communication skills of the personnel called to inform the population during a nuclear emergency and to concretely guide their actions, in a very dangerous and intensely emotional context.
Translated title of the contribution | [Autom. eng. transl.] NUCLEAR RISK COMMUNICATION. An immersive training course in communication skills in crisis management |
