Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the issue of criminal liability related to the forms of incorrect risk communication, in carrying out civil protection activities, focusing in particular on the cases of "non-alerts" and on that of "false alerts". In light of some jurisprudential leading cases, the interpretation in judicial practice of the figure of the model agent is then critically evaluated.
