Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work proposes an analysis of the main problems relating to the marketing of local food products, with particular reference to the profile of the consumer, the development of new forms of (direct) sales and their reference regulatory framework, and the environmental impact of the systems local food processing companies.
