Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The aim of the book is to analyze the crisis of the Union in light of its "constitutive ambiguity" in terms of European citizenship. To this end, the "outdated lens" offered by Michael Oakeshott's reflection is used, which in the author's opinion is able to clarify the ambivalent nature of political organizations (both at the state and international level), when we are witnessing today's clash between two visions of the European Union (Europeanism and anti-Europeanism)
