Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the complex problem of probative use in the criminal procedure of telephone interceptions of users of people who are abroad, as well as in Italy. Particular attention is given to the basic need to guarantee the fundamental constitutional and supranational guarantees of person.
