Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution focuses on the assessment of causality and guilt, starting from the critical analysis of a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, which affirmed the need, on the part of the merit judge, to formulate hypotheses of causal explanation, even further with respect to those subject to the charge, in order to verify the possible existence of a conditioning link between omissions or damaging events.
