Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Court of Justice attempts to provide an interpretation of the notion of a body governed by public law capable of guaranteeing as far as possible the useful effect of the procurement directives and, therefore, of avoiding distortions to competition and discrimination between companies.
