Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Until a few years ago, the mix between the more traditional KIBS and the manufacturing world was considered a driver for the economic growth of many countries. Knowledge-intensive business service (KIBS) refers to knowledge-intensive business-to-business service companies.
In light of the globalization processes that have taken place in the business context, what new role can KIBS take on? Particularly considering the relationships with external customers and internal customers, which services are able to create greater value?
The purpose of the paper is to investigate the emergence of new KIBS capable of providing services relating to the issues of cross cultural management and diversity management, especially with reference to the presence, in the work groups, of people with different cultures.
