Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay offers a synthesis of Isaac Newton's natural philosophy, taking into consideration the methodological aspects and focusing on his main discoveries, from those in the field of optics to those in the field of mechanics. Particular attention is paid to the way in which scientific problems interact with theological ones in Newton.
