Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution is embodied in a broad organic project, with a previous report, having as its object the introduction of a new main penalty of a prescriptive nature, including obligations to act (in the horizon of 'restorative justice') and prohibitions as well as such also disqualification measures or partial home detention to be absorbed: project carried out for the purposes of the working group on 'Lines of reform on the subject of alternative edictal penalties' chaired by prof. Francesco Palazzo, as part of the initiative promoted by the Italian Association of Professors of Criminal Law aimed at defining proposals for the reform of the criminal sanction system.
