Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The awarding of a scholarship from the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung allowed the reconstruction of the library of a German student in Padua, whose manuscripts are preserved mainly in the Munich Staatsbibliothek. Through the precise dating of the lessons, sometimes autographed by Heller, sometimes written by a copyist, it was accurately reconstructed how the right was imparted in the sec. XV and how students made textbooks before going to class. This work is to be considered a supplement to the volume Professore lawisti in Padua, published the previous year (1986).
