Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution introduces the volume that concludes the Prin research on “Unfair dismissal and worker protection: economic compensation vs. reinstatement. The impact assessment of recent legislative reforms in Italy”, and is published (also in open access via pdf downloadable from the Publisher’s website) thanks to ministerial funding, following the Conference “Dismissal and social sciences - a research” held at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, 12 January 2024.
