Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution opens up interesting and important light spaces for a further rereading of the disciplinary framework underlying the psychology of work and of organizations in its configuration as an applied social science, oriented to the study and analysis of phenomena and issues concerning the organizational and working world in their various articulations and phenomenologies. The questions posed touch not only specific areas that have formed points of attention and deepening of previous contributions (such as that of action research), but open up stimulating points for reflection and critical review of traditional ways of conceiving scientific knowledge, its production and his relationship with practice.
